Eric grew up in the tiny town of Richland Center, Wisconsin and fell in love with acting from watching many of Shakespeare’s plays at the nearby American Players Theatre in Spring Green, WI. After getting accepted into The Juilliard School’s Actor Training Program in his senior year of high school, Eric moved to New York for four years to study with such notable teachers as Michael Kahn, Moni Kakim, John Stix, and Christopher Bayes, and took master classes with famous alumni Laura Linney and Kevin Spacey. Upon graduating, Eric moved out west to Los Angeles, where he has been working for the past several years in various film, television, and theatre productions.
In addition to acting, Eric occasionally writes and produces for the stage and screen. His latest project, a comedic short film entitled, "In the Hole," was recently screened at the Hollywood Comedy Shorts Film Festival.
He is also also a multifaceted musician and songwriter, doing everything from composing original music and sound cues for theatre productions to recording demos for his latest music project, Apartment Ghost.
Several music demos can be found on his soundcloud page:
